For 25–75 seat teams on a brokered tenant

Your Microsoft 365 tenant isn't actually yours.

If you bought Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy, you're in a reseller-controlled tenant — restricted licensing, gated admin access, and support that ends in a script. We move you into a tenant you fully own, with no mailbox downtime and a fixed, written price.

Run by San Diego IT Pros — engineer on the call, engineer on the migration. Or call 877-546-8946.

The ceiling you didn't know you were under

Most companies find the limits of a reseller tenant the hard way.

Not from a warning — from trying to do something normal and discovering you can't.

Buy the licenses you actually need
Business Premium for Intune and Defender, or mixed license types across departments — restricted by what the reseller carries.
Restricted
Full admin center control
Security settings, tenant-level policies, and integrations gated behind the reseller — not yours to touch.
Gated
Security & compliance tooling
Conditional access, device management, retention policies, litigation hold — the things your insurer is starting to ask about.
Out of reach
Direct pricing as you grow
Reseller per-seat pricing rarely beats going direct, and it doesn't improve as your headcount does.

Full scope, found before cutover

A 40-person migration isn't 40 mailboxes.

It's every quiet dependency that breaks the morning after — if nobody thought about it first. We find these during discovery, not during cutover.

Mail, calendars & contactsFull history — not just the last 30 days.
Shared mailboxes & listsDistribution lists and mail-enabled groups.
OneDrive & SharePointContent migrated with permissions intact.
Devices & mobileMFA enrollment and Outlook profiles reconfigured.
Systems that relay mailCopiers, scanners, and line-of-business apps.
Third-party sign-inAny app authenticating against your tenant.
DNS recordsSPF, DKIM, and DMARC — configured correctly, not copied blind.
Sign-in policiesMFA and conditional access, rebuilt in the new tenant.

Four phases, in order

You know where you stand at each one.

No phase starts until the one before it is confirmed.

01 · Week 1

Discovery

Full inventory of your current tenant — users, licenses, shared resources, devices, and every system that sends mail on your behalf. You get a written findings document and a fixed quote.

02 · Week 1–2

Build

Your new tenant is provisioned, licensed, and configured to match — security baselines, groups, policies, and DNS staged and ready.

03 · Week 2–3

Migration

Mail and files sync in the background while your team keeps working. Multiple passes. Nothing is deleted from the source, ever.

04 · Scheduled

Cutover

Final sync, DNS cut, and validation while your team is offline — evening or weekend. We're on-call the next morning, when people actually notice problems.

Why us

The difference is who's on the call.

An engineer, not a coordinator

The person who scopes your migration runs it, and answers the phone the morning after.

Fixed fee, quoted after discovery

Not hourly, not estimated. If discovery missed something, that's our problem — not a change order.

Nothing gets deleted

Your source data stays intact until you confirm, in writing, that everything landed.

We do the morning after

Outlook profiles, mobile devices, the scanner nobody remembered — included, not billed separately.

An MSP, not a migration mill

Keep us managing the tenant afterward, or take a fully documented handover. We'll tell you which fits.

Discovery is free

You get a written, accurate picture of your environment whether or not you move forward with us.

Investment

Fixed fee, quoted in writing.

25–75 seat migrations typically run

$3,000 – $7,500

Depends on data volume, file migration scope, and how many systems are wired into your current tenant. Fixed after a free discovery call — no surprises once you sign.

Microsoft licensing is billed separately at direct pricing — in most cases, less than you're paying now.

Included

  • Full discovery & written findings document
  • Tenant build & security configuration
  • Mail, calendar & file migration
  • After-hours cutover
  • Post-migration support window

Questions

Before you book the call

Will we lose email during the cutover?

No. Mail syncs in the background while everyone works normally, and the final cutover happens after hours. Worst case, a message is delayed by minutes and still delivered.

Do we keep our current email addresses?

Yes. Your domain and every user's address stay exactly the same. Nothing changes from your team's side.

What happens to our website and other DNS records?

We inventory every DNS record before touching anything and reproduce it exactly. Your website, phone system, and anything else pointed at your domain keeps working.

Can we get out of our GoDaddy licenses?

Depends on your current subscription terms and renewal date — we'll cover the specifics for your situation during discovery rather than give you a generic answer here.

How long does this take?

Two to three weeks from kickoff to cutover for most companies in the 25–75 seat range. Most of that is background sync, not disruption.

We're on Google Workspace, not GoDaddy. Can you help?

Yes — same work, different source system. Mention it on the call.

Do you work outside San Diego?

Yes. This work is remote by nature. We're San Diego-based and can be on-site locally, but we run migrations for companies anywhere in the US.
